well, I once talked to a woman and - I can't remember how, but after some time, we talked about breast feeding and milk (and I knew her for less then 30 minutes ....)
As far as I can remember it was after she gave birth to her son. I think she said something like: Her boobs produced too much milk, so when her baby had enough, she still had quite some milk in her boobs. So she had to pump the milk out with a small vacuum pump. At one time, her husband wanted to give it a try and so he put some of her milk in the coffee - but he said it was too sweet ....
Also, my sister was pregnant with twins. They were born too early, so they had to be put into an incubator. So, since my sister couldn't breast feed them, she had to pump the milk out of her boobs with a small pump. (too bad I never had the chance to watch it) - oh in case someone is curious: Nowadays, the twins are 5 years old and very healthy.
So, for a story idea: Maybe this woman also produces too much milk, so she has to pump the milk out. However, at one time, her husband asks her, if she would breastfeed him, too. Well, before her pregnancy, she always loved it, when her husband sucked on her tits. So maybe she should give him the chance.
Of course, it doesn't have to be the husband. It could be the brother, father or an adult son - or just a good buddy.
I am not sure if that is common, but I think many women are very open when it comes to breastfeeding (at least over here). I mean for example: I was on a playground with my nephew and my niece. I was sitting on a bench, while the kids where playing. Next to me, there was a young woman. In her arms, she held a crying baby. Suddenly, she pulled her shirt upwards and opened her bra. Then she was breastfeeding her baby - while I was sitting right besides her.
And when I was younger (about 12) my aunt did the same. She just opened her blouse - she didn't care if anyone would see her boobs ... I guess that is, because breastfeeding is just natural.
However, I also have to mention another thing. A few days ago, I saw an old episode of "hidden camera". There was this waitress with a "special" blouse. A guy ordered a "white coffee". When she came back, she had a "black coffee" on her tray. She looked at the guy and said "Did you order a white coffee ?" - "Oh yes, I did" When he said that, the waitress took the cup, opened a part of her blouse and showed her nude tits. Then, she held the cup near her blouse .... of course she didn't really milk her boobs - but still, it was cool ....
In the end, the moderator of the show said: Too bad that I had no chance to meet this waitress, because, usually, I drink my milk right out of the package .....
However, what about this: A woman sits on a bench in the park. She is breastfeeding - but not babys, but 2 adult men .... in the middle of a crowded park.
Oh, and I remember something else: I once saw a report on tv about a mother who was breastfeeding her 8 year old son .... of course, she didn't produce anymore milk, but still, she allowed him to suck on her tits.
Someone (I think it was the school of the boy) sued her. They called it incest, and they said that the woman just loves it, when he sucks on her tits. But the mother said, she doesn't force her son, he does it, because he loves it ....
