Anabolic steriods are illegal unless prescribed for medical conditions.

Not only are they illegal. If you don't know what you are doing while using they could be quite problematic later on in your life.

For example..if he didn't do any Post Cycle Therapy (PCT) after he was done, there might be some damage done his testes which he would likely notice (because of his age right now) until later on in life.

my understanding of the body is even if you try to over compensate the body will just adjust its own productions
