I try my best to maintain my flat belly but I'll tell you it's not easy. I deny myself so many different foods and sweets on a regular basis that I would love to eat in an attempt to keep my slim profile. Sometimes when I have a strong craving I do give in and cheat on my diet a bit which causes me to gain a few pounds. But thankfully I usually stay within about 5 pounds of my normal weight so it's not too hard for me to lose it again. ;)

Yes, yes- I gave in again yesterday and tried on a couple more items from the closet...Happy to see that as I get more fit, my wife's wardrobe is opening up to me:D
