Back in another life I took Oxycodone and Oxycontin until I got both knees replaced.
Amazing how two surgeries turned my life around.
The pain is just a bad memory now.

Recovery depends on how bad it is.

Unless they replace something inside, it could be anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks before you're off the crutches. 2-6 weeks of therapy.
