My Pic still won't load!

I am about to blowe a couple computer chips. My pic still will not load on the left of my post. I have the picture on my website, and I have the right HTML tags. But it won't work. Its a jpg file, so would that be the problem?

Geocites: that's your problem. They're cutting all links outside of their domain. I suggest building a site at homestead or some place that isn't getting picky about linking.
