Need help looking for bondage gear.

My boyfriend and I found a type of restraint system a couple months ago on the Internet that forced a sub to keep her head in her Dom's lap, keeping her mouth around him. Well, we forgot to bookmark it, and we've been searching all over the Internet for it ever since. Does anyone have any idea what it's called or where to find it? All responses are appreciated.

a simple solution is to buy a metal (dog) chain or two, cutting them to the appropriate length, along with some small padlocks. He wraps one around his waist, threading it at his back beltline through the o-ring on one end (will have to cut off the other o-ring with wire/bolt cutters for it to fit through)and up between his legs. While you wear the other as a collar with a dangling chain between your breasts. Use a padlock to connect the two free ends at the proper distance and you are done. This can be done for $10-20. Also, they will be much lighter than anything sold as a bondage chain.
