You -could- use them to do PC excercises. The two balls are connected, and you could use the PC muscles to shift them up and down in the vaginal canal. Size doesn't matter... its a one size fits all deal (at least GV only sells one size.)

As far as tightening things up. I'd recommend Betty Dodson's vaginal barbell. Its a stainless steel dildo that works very well for the PC muscle. They also sell it at Good Vibrations.
