And on the other fronts- everythign is okay. Everyone is holding their own, kids are all fat and sassy (including the four-legged ones) and the storms that passed through left us pretty much unscathed.

I had hoped all the issues were passing, but I just got off the phone with my mom and sister.

My aunt is in the hospital, and has been for a week. Her lung collapsed suddenly and they had her in tryign to figure out why and get her fixed up when the other lung collapsed. She's been airlifted to a different hospital where there is a diagnostic specialist and several top surgeons, but no one knows anythign yet. The tentative diagnosis is somethign called ALM- I know nothing about it and I'm researching now.

Just, if you would- send out healing thoughts an dgood vibes. she's my mom's little sister, the wild child of the family, and she actively supported and encouraged my writing long before any of the other family members did.
