So, in the realm of photography nerdiness, I spent two-and-a-half hours in the darkroom today trying to get one composite photo to print right. Oi. Stressful. And I don't even quite like the final result. Will probably try something different next week.

I boiught it.. that's why I've not been online the past couple days.. All I've done is sleep and play the game.. I'm such a nerd :p

I bought it Monday afternoon and I'm already 40 hours into the game *grin*

And yes, it's worth the money, I'm thoroughly enjoying it.

However, out of all the final fantasy games, the best story line was #4, followed closely by 6. 10 was my favourite to play though, I highly enjoyed the graphics and characters. The story wasn't the best, but it kept me interested enough to play the game through a few times.

I recently installed UberSoldier to my pc... for all you fps people... a decent game with horrible voice acting about an undead nazi super soldier... get to kill lots of nazi's and blow shit up. Only problems are that the voice acting is shit,the cut scenes arent very good, and there is a near impossible level at mid game and it takes roughly 6 hours game time to finish for an experienced player.

Kinda looking for a new fantasy title to keep my boredom at bay.

Well, if you like FPS, then I recommend FEAR.. pretty sweet game

Oblivion? Yeah.. I just uninstalled that the other day.. Interesting game, but I just couldn't get fully into it.

Tolyk, I've found the ES games, you either love em, or just enjoy them at all.
Plus, oblivion wasn't as good as Morrowind.

Basically, in the universe of Warhammer 40K, there have been vast amounts of advanced technology developed and then lost and then recovered. The main group of humans, as far as I can figure out, have a weird religious thing in regards to technology. Only the church, and by extention, the tech-priests, are allowed to reverse engineer and deploy this advanced technology (if you attempt to do so outside of those proper channels, you are guilty of Heresy and executed).

As far as I can tell, the Tech Priests are actually just trained mechanics, working within the religious framework of their society. When they say "I will devine the intentions of the machine's spirit" they probably mean "I'm gonna go whack it with a wrench and hope it works." I'm not saying they're being hypocrites, they probably just consider all the mechanical workings and adjustments and such as part of their holy rituals.
