Shin, Rei, CT, greetings!

MTG... Man. I haven't played that since late Urza's Saga.

Why, back in my day, the game was based around combining good cards into strong strategies.

Cards now a days...
Too damn powerful for their own good.

actualy my buddy bought me a deck last week and showed me the basics of it

I can see how it'd be a fun game
he go me..

champions of KamiGawa
Snake's Path
expert deck

I did pretty good for not knowing how to play
if i'd've attacked one or two turns sooner I'd've schooled him

gratned the first game I'd gotten fucked over by having no land and had to fold and re-draw

Happens. I'm running a few decks right now. Talon Burnination in type 1. Which works fairly well.Though it's mostly Slith Firewalker's and War Elemental's giving me Quick wins.

I'm running a newer Time Spiral with Thallids as Slivers though.

Actually urza's was the bigging of the Uber blocks. Wehrree verything got way too powerful. I dropped the game for about 3 whole Blocks right then.

Morphling and Urza's Anything pretty much killed it for me.

But I got back into judgement and kept playing. Now I do my prereleases and and a few other things and that's about it.

But I have a lot of fun, so that's all I care about.

Well, thanks, my dear.

Slivers were wonderful... Even beyond their incredible hive society, they were neat looking.

And you are quite the cutie! :catroar:

Um No talon burnination is the name of a deck I play.

Slith Firewalker And War Elemental Tend to get me my wins by early rushes. Games tend to end in about two or three turns once a War gets going.

Turn 1: Mountain
End of his his turn one: Shock Whatever he creates as a block.

Turn 2: Land Drop Summon and swing with walker. Likely I'll hit it becomes a 2/2

Turn 3: Land Drop Kill whatever he summons with a burn spell so I can swing with the walker If I have noting to kill either hold mana for end of turn or bring a Granite Shard or a Isochron Scepter with Flame Burst on it.

Turn 4: Land drop (this is the beginning of the end.) Summon the War elemental and either Hit with a shock as his ability is one the stack, or save mana and Hit whatever creature is out and swing with the slith again. Now that Slith is a 4/4

Turn 5 If the War still isn't out because I was killing things last turn. Summon him and use a shock or the scepter or the shard with ability on the stack. Making the War bigger. Swing with the slith if it'll get through, and begin to target opponent. Since the war gets bigger each and every time it hits, or anything else hits the opponent. The game usually ends very fast.

Umm I don't have near enough time to explain the Fungus Slivers so I won't.

Fungus Slivers

There you go again!

Did they create new slivers, again?!

How can slivers possibly function without the likes of muscle, winged, and talon?

Slivers came back in Onslaught block (In Scourge and Legions)

And again in the latest block. Time Spiral.
