Used to do 180, but I slacked off. I leg press 360, down from 480 there.

I'm not sure how high I can go on the leg press.. I've been a cyclist most of my life, so my legs are definitely my strongest part.. and I can't bench as much as you anymore.. or at least I don't try.. I threw my back out 5 years ago and I just don't risk heavy lifting anymore.

At 12 I was hefting, hauling and stacking 70lb hay/straw bales.
I had to be strong enough to push the steers back when they got to be nosey and troublesome, you can't do that and be weak.
