Nervous

Totally irresponsible. Yes there is still a chance she could be pregnant as pre-cum contains sperm. Although pregnancy isn't the only thing you should be worried about, aren't you concerned about STD's at all? If she goes to the doctors or pharmacy she will be able to get a morning after pill which will cause her to have a period and stop any chance of her becoming pregnant. I hope you're more careful in future. I am a little shocked to be honest.

the chances are alot less than had you finished off inside her, like alot of us woulda done their first time. but there are still chances....some things to consider aside from the risk of the clap, which is very min. at this point assuming you trust that she's honest(sometimes a risky busniess) but that's another topic.

the ball's in her court if something does happen, short of doing something illegal an very drastic you can't stop her from having your child if you did get her pregnant. so before it happens again you should talk to her about it..her feelings and your's on the subject of abortion and children. Obviously your not interested in kids just yet, and likely she shouldn't be either. but if it were to happen is she gonna go to the doctor after she misses a period and have an abortion? better to konw now that later when your gonna be a dad.

also the morning after pill makes a woman very sick the next day, so if your gonna try to play that card and ask her to get one be ready for the consequences and be around for her cause she's gonna be an unhappy camper from my experiences.

That's actually not true in most cases. The only chance of pregnancy with precum is if the man's ejaculated prior and hasn't peed since, leaving sperm to be flushed out with the next round of precum.

Still, I agree withdrawal is ineffective, it's a very bad idea to have unprotected sex for a variety of reasons, and the Morning After Pill/Plan B sounds like their best option IN ADDITION TO using condoms AND another good form of birth control in the future.

Ya know... it was stupid. Flat out. Stupid.

When I was first becoming voluntarily sexually active there wasn't near the information and education and variety of protection that is available today. But even then I wasn't so stupid as to not insist on protection as I wasn't able to use BC pills.

Even if it was your first time, you really don't have a legitimate excuse for not using at least a condom. If you were that into eachother, your mutual respect for one another would have taken you to 7-11 or walgreens or whatever to get the appropriate gear.

I hope neither of you suffers any consequences for your indiscretions.

And as a general rule... always carry one in your wallet or back pack. and replace it after 6 months cause even there it can get damaged.

You asked so don't bitch when someone tells you it was stupid.

What did Heinlein say about stupidity?
Its the only true capital crime there is. It puts you and everyone else in harms way and should be dealt without delay. The sentence is death and should be implemented immediately. Its the only true way to preserve the species by weeding stupidity out of the gene pool.

(liberally quoting there)

Anyway good luck and smarten up if you want to survive beyond first timers nerves.

Well I never knew that. How interesting.

Of course I'd be wanting to know what the most cases is all about, as it sounds almost as uncommitted as the pill only being 99% effective.

Learn something new every day.

the morning after pill has a different effect on everyone
however it does not make you have a period - (what the pill does is basically release the hormones that are contained in the normal pill but in one go)

and the morning after pill will most likely not make her be sick either (then again everyone has different side effects) but i was told by the pharmacist and doctor, it may make you nauseaus (sic?) at worst not actually sick. for me - i had no problems at all with taking it. no side effects.

Misinformation in your post

The morning after pill does NOT make all women very sick the next day. If you're going to be sick it's usually a few hours after taking the pill.

No way. I armed myself with knowledge before I spread my legs...

That may be true, but a good rule of thumb would be is if a guy has his penis in your vagina, there is ALWAYS a chance of sperm. Which is why its so damn important to use protection.
