Trevor walked through the halls trying to get to his locker without anyone really seeing him. He generally attempted to avoid contact at school and always tried to stay out of the way of the jocks, druggies, popular kids, and everyone else for that matter. His slightly baggy jeans and simply grey t shirt allowed him to blend in through the hallways of the school and reach his locker undisturbed by the masses.
"Only 2 more weeks of this mess, then I get out of here forever" he whispered to himself.
He couldn't wait to be done with this year, get out of his parent's house, and get on with his life. This fall, he would be going to AI in Seattle to get his degree in game design and there he would find people to actually connect with. Until then, he had to survive the next 2 weeks for senior projects, all the damn activities that came with graduation, and the stupid life of a high schooler. Luckily, he had dodged most of the activities already, and he had been done with his project for weeks now. Even more lucky was that Mrs. Anderson, his senior adviser, hadn't forced him to tutor or help along any of the other slacker seniors.
As the warning bell for last period struck, he grabbed his necessary books and tossed them in his messenger bag. He would basically spend the last period (senior advisement) playing on his iPad and getting ready for his guild warcraft raid tonight. His teacher already had passed him and spending the hour in class was a mere formality. It was pretty funny to watch the other students sweat and stress and Trevor took mild enjoyment in the fact that they were all so nervous.
Getting to class quick, Trevor found his desk and started messing around on his iPad. As the other students filed in and found their desks, the room became much more active and loud. He slipped one earphone in and tried to tune everything else out.
