New Maryland Thread

oh, my

Well, we had school Friday. The campus lost power at 7:50 am, it was back on by noon, but there was not really much focus in the morning by students or teachers, I think. We're on a dumb trimester schedule and next week is final exams. Doom-doom-doom-doom! Plus off on Monday, wow. They've pushed singing Valentine's telegrams back to Tues the 27th so the kids can have reviews uninterrupted this Tues.

I love snow days.

hahaha You're not going to know what to do when you actually have to go to work again. Are you experiencing the typical summer "what day is it *really*?" issues? ;)

Have a great weekend...
what day is it???

Jukie...

My friday was great, thanks for asking....how about yours? I'm loving a 3-day weekend after our week full of snow days! :)

Hey there! My weekend is going all right so far. Just chugging along. Unfortunately no three day weekend here, ugh. Whatcha up to?

Well the long weekend is done and it is now back to work. Hope everybody had a great weekend.

I had to work 2 of the days on the weekend. However on my day off........ :nana: :D i got a little lucky.

Glad to know that somebody in Maryland got lucky. Maybe one day it will happen to the rest of us. :)

I won't tell you how long it has been, but it was greatly appreciated. I hope all of you the same luck.

And coincidentally...the Great Thaw began today...

It has been nice with the temps in the 50s as of late. Break out the shorts. Wait, I never put them away.

Hi folks. 48 y/o MWM living in Damascus here. Lived my whole life in Moco. Grew up in Wheaton (Wheaton high class of '76), work for the federal government. Wife is also a federal employee and a lifetime Moco'er too (BCC class of '78). Hope everyone is having a nice weekend.

Why thank you Ma'am. Are you ready for more crappy weather? I'm not really worried. Even without power we'll be okay for heat (wall mounted gas heater in basement, fireplace in living room with dry wood in the garage), hot water, and food.

Hope you all survive this storm okay.

Wow. You are ready! I am not 'prepared,' but i'm ready. :) I like getting snow/ice storms...just as long as I don't get stuck, etc...
Getting stuck does have its advantages.......

Okay, much ado about nothing huh? It shoveled easy and it's melting fast. Now, can we finally bring on Spring ..... please?

This thread has gotten a bit quiet the last day or so..... I JUST GOT DONE MASTURBATING WHILE FANTASING ABOUT MUTANT HERMAPHRODITE MIDGETS WEARING LEATHER BOOTS AND CARRYING 3-D PICTURES OF THE MILKY WAY .... WANNA HEAR ABOUT IT?

There, that should spark some covversation. ;)

I definitely sparked something. Were the mutants wearing anything else?

Yes they were. They were wearing Redskin tassles on their boots and arm bands that said, "Four More Beers". In my fantasy I asked what the bands meant and they answered, "You cannot hate that which you don't feel." Then it got weird.

Mind blowing orgasm I must say.

Ok, I'll ask the question that is on everybody's mind. How did it get weird?

2 hr delay? I'm ashamed of you. Where is your teacher-like desire for a 'snow' day? Granted, I know it's ice, but a day off nonetheless...

;)

I'm figuring out now that we don't have to make up 2-hour delays...we've had 4 snow days already..I like my July the way it is ;)
