Meet Me on the Five-Thirty Train

For those who are following my Emma and Bobbie series, this new one is, to all intents and purposes, about Bobbie, but a Bobbie with a twist.

To avoid too much confusion, she's Frankie in this story. She meets my ever reliable character, Adam, who appears to be somewhere on an assignment, because he's not in his usual city.

The story compresses what would normally take place over several months into about a week, but it's short (only 5500 words), so there's no point dragging things out. It's probably a stroker of sorts, I don't know.
I looked down at her and saw, for a not very tall woman, she had long limbs, even if the baggy jeans tried to hide them. "We can share it," I replied.

Instead, she pressed up against my thigh. "Why bother?" she said, as the train began to move. And she repeated the ballet stance, left foot left, right foot right, my thigh in between her thighs. Her legs were long, and I could feel the press of her crotch against my upper thigh. Her flesh was separated from my flesh by layers of clothes, but I could feel her heat pushing against me.

She looked up at me. "Can I trust you?"

"To do what?"

"To not let me go."

My first new (non-collaborative) story in a couple of months just published,

The Opposite of Jealousy
Scout starts a new job, makes a new work wife, and faces temptation on a conference trip

It accidentally ended up being the longest thing I've written, but I'm fairly happy with it! It works fine, I think, as a stand-alone story, but it involves characters from Accessibility Compliance, Cosplay Euphoria, and Vocational Awe (which will officially be collated as a series once it's approved!)

My latest story, The Right Wrong Person, has just been published. It’s the first of two stories I plan to release for the Holiday Competition. This is my first foray into the Mature category—not that I haven’t included “mature” hookups in my previous work, but this one focuses on two pairings: a younger woman with an older man, and an older woman with a younger man.

Since I’ve been on both sides of those equations, I put a lot of myself into this story, so it may wax on a bit long. Have no fea, true to my form, I’ve woven highly detailed sexual interactions into a fun story with some twists. If you’ve read my work before, you know what to expect. I’m all about the sounds, smells, and mess of sex. I like to write it how it happens to us all—never porn-perfect, but intense.

While I categorized this as Mature, it could have fallen into several other categories, from Romance to Erotic Couplings, as well as a few fetish choices. I included a full tag list at the beginning. But honestly, if you need tags to warn you about raw human sex, you might be on the wrong site.

Please enjoy the read, and let me know what you think. I live off feedback, and it never fails to push me to do better.

While I have your attention—if you want to read my all-time favorite holiday piece I’ve written, take a look at something from two years ago called Will You Merry Me? It remains one of my personal favorites.

I’ll be back in a few days with my next story, currently slated to drop in the Romance category.

Hey everyone!

Just posted my first story in what I intend to be an anthology series about taboo relationships. I present:

Alpha Resort - Cancun

I'm in the process of outlining and writing more of these, so I hope to be able to post them on a regular schedule. Thank you!

I’ve just dropped my second holiday project, and I wanted to share the link with anyone looking for something romantic this time of year.

The Wonderful Mary Bailey is set against the backdrop of a community-theater production of It’s a Wonderful Life. This is only my second foray into the Romance category. My first one was about a female Satan (Not Today Satan) who pursues a 23-year-old male virgin as her love interest. As strange as that sounds, it received a surprisingly warm welcome from Romance readers. So, I’m back for more, but with better angels.

This time, I kept things a little more traditional, think Hallmark-style storytelling, but with much more creativity and several of my trademark twists.

My other holiday project (The Right Wrong Person) is getting some very nice comments, so thank you to all who've read and commented.

Enjoy the new read, and please share your thoughts. I love hearing how these stories land.

My Winter Holiday story, The Do Over, has published. It's a short story about a middle aged woman who comes back to her home town full of regret, thinking about the girl she kissed 29 years ago. Check it out if you like what-if's and a little Christmas magic.
