I have twelve stories on the literotica site now and would love it if readers could give me some feedback on them....I had written a story in highschool but nothing since then until the twelve on literotica...I have some people who like them and I get their emails but none of them tell me what I can do to make my stories better...I am new to literotica and would like to know how to use the site and get feedback on all my stories..thanx all and have a good one....sexdoll :D
 
I've had three new stories posted in the past few days: "Candy Kisses"; "What Was I Thinking?"; and "Afternoon Nap".

I'm clueless enough not to know how to link to them in a post, but if you follow the link in my sig, you'll find them...

so i posted here back in nov, and after 6000 hits i got barely 40 votes.
is the ratio always that bad?
im thinking my stuff is not a good fit here so im pulling it after today.
thanks to all those that voted and the even fewer who commented!
im off to try other avenues of promotion.

Valentine's Day Contest posting...

A contest sub of mine just went up on the 21st. WOW! A number of TROLLS had their own holiday with this one. I have a second one to submit in a day or two. We'll have to see what the torlls do with that one. The one that's up now is a sequal to my Valentine contest entry of last year. It helps to read that one first but isn't really necessary. Last year's has the same title, just drop the revisited part. Enjoy, caprine

As some of you know, Mark Ilaan is fairly new to Lit. At present, he's not able to add his story to this fine list, so I'm taking it upon myself to do so. The Game was just posted today. It's the story of a man who gets too caught up in his own fun and games to realize the trap he's setting is for himself.

The Irreverent Reverend has landed

Hi all, after a long and laborious writing process I have managed to exorcise "The Irreverent Reverend" story out of my head. The reads, votes, and feedback have been pretty scarce so I thought I would try to drum up a little interest here.

The story is long, and the chapters were submitted under a variety of categories so to accurately describe each scene. Maybe delaying the final episode of sexual gratification does not fit with the Literotica pro forma, however, the main characters needed to go through their trials first so that their union could become something like a holy act.

The story line: A single man finds a willing woman on the internet and they agree to meet. She brings her boyfriend for a possible three way. The action gets hot in the club, and in the car home until they are pulled over by a menacing police officer, abused and the girl is taken by the police and subjected to the officer's BSDM fantasies. The man finds her, saves her and finally returns her home. Both are forced to deal with their secret hidden fantasies and they unite and become soulmates before the morning's first dew.

Although this is probably a belated reply, I still felt the need to reply anwyay. When I first joined Lit back in April, my stories didn't do so well as far as votes either. I chalked it up to being "new talent" and once I got myself established here, my vote counts would increase. They eventually did and I began getting my own fan base.

However, my fan base increased even further when I entered the Literotica Halloween contest. Often times readers will read stories in contests from authors they don't normally read and it will peak their curiosity about their other writings.

I still don't get very many comments on my stories, but my vote numbers have increased by leaps and bounds.

Don't lose faith. If you advertise your stories here or in the Author's Hangout, you'd be surprised at how your numbers increase. Also, try your hand at a contest entry for Valentine's Day. There are a lot of excellent writers in the contest right now do don't despair if you don't score high (the trolls love to "one bomb" contest entries) because it will increase your readership.

Valentine's Dinner for Two in erotic couplings, which is a bit of a departure for me, was based on a 'slap' received in the AH contest support thread. Features a gradual build up - not quick, but I hope you find it dirty.

What's so wrong 'bout peace, love and plugging stories?

Ok, I conceed this story is larger than life. So if someone is looking to cave in to reading only shorter comic strip sized pieces, you are in your right. However, there may come or cum (depending on the mood) a time in one's life (or two) when the realization that there's something utter warped, strange and wonderful with an orgy for the ages just one click away that may do more for your than let's just say all the tea in China getting mixed in with your pot stash.

It's a new story needing a few people not so shy to try something off brand.
