Gorgeous day indeed. We should do something in September. The beaches are still nice but not as crowded after Labor Day.

Dinner on Jones Beach tonight, Yankees tomorrow afternoon, NYC on Sunday so will be a busy weekend for us.

Thanks, did you go to the new restaurant at Jones Beach? If so how was it? I’ve been thinking of going.

No, we brought sandwiches and some wine and dined on the beach. After we went to Tobay to check out the two new places. They expanded the former Mexican place, and added a large outdoor bar to the seafood place. We just had drinks, so can't comment on the food. Might go back this weekend.

Back to Jones Beach, have not eaten at Gatsby yet, have heard mixed reviews. We did enjoy The Landing last year, sorry they didn't make it. Nice people and good food.
