During the last presidential primary season, a Ron De Satan worker had the misfortune to knock on my door. I tore him a new asshole and finally said if he didn't get the fuck off my balcony, I was going to get my shotgun and blow a hole in his ass.

So, following your logic of using firearms, if I am to be accosted by people surrounding my car, smashing the windows, jumping up amd down on the hood, while my kids are with me, while we were merely going through an intersection...I know, I can use my shotgun to blow holes in their asses and it would be justified? Lincoln High School students shadowed at the Lincoln Police Department on 10th and K to see what the police job is all about.

The program is offered twice a year- in the fall and spring.

This is where they get a near first-hand glimpse without the need for a ride–along.

“If you want to make an impact… if you want to do service in your community… there is no opportunity that exists like law enforcement,” LPD Chief Jeff Bliemeister said.
