Lollapalooza 92 my mom wouldn't let me go. It was a who's who of all my favorite bands at the time and my mom wouldn't let me go with my group of friends. I was crushed. They all came back with t-shirts and shit.
To make it up to me my mom takes me to see Edgar Winter. A dude I'd never even heard of at that point. She thought in her mind that a concert, literally any concert, even someone I'd never heard of, would make up for being denied an amazing life-altering concert.
(But I'm not bitter) lol
