Never been to a nude beach but have been to topless ones. Once in Jamaica and 3 times in Punta Cana. I chickened out every time. But this winter I'm going topless. Might not be fully nude but it's a big step for me.

To ease into it, I like to wear something oversized and sheer. So you can be nude but modest. And then have a bottle of liquid courage and then lay on my towel nude. I'm not that at ease with strutting down the beach complete nakies either...
