if you are really that offended by the teasing and silliness that has gone on in this thread today, i am not sure how i can help you. a sex site is probably not the place to be during this month if you are really serious about it. just sayin.
I doubt that the comments about yucking someone’s yum was directed at you. However, you suggesting someone not be on the site because they chose to say something about repeatedly being directly quoted and called out for their yum is super off track. There is a general no yucking someone else’s yum vibe to lit.

Choosing to come into a space and change the vibe in a non playful or fun way is yucky. This is clearly supposed to be a silly fun thread fingers crossed we can all keep it that way.

its entirely possible that i dont understand what he is saying...what does yucking someone's yum mean? before his post and everyone apologizing i thought the vibe in here was amazing. it was that comment that seemed to change the vibe for some. im more than happy to delete my post, but seeing as no nut november is a satirical holiday co-opted by the alt right with significant political connotations, i think my comment stands. i don't want to ruin anyone's time and will delete that post and this one if i am misunderstanding the post.

It means shaming them for a kink, implying something is wrong about what they like or don’t like - and obviously you’ve done that to me before, so maybe just a quick sense check before you post something if you know you’re not liking what they’ve said would keep it relaxed?
And there’s zero alt-right vibe from anything I’ve seen on this thread

“Yucking someone's yum” is an expression that means to disparage someone's personal tastes, especially when they are different from your own. The phrase is a reminder to not project your own thoughts and feelings onto others, and to respect their choices.

ok, gotcha, so this is more about the vanilla comment and his wanting to participate in NNN...if he wants to participate i am all for it and support his decision if he feels it is right for him. i also hold the right to make silly comments and enjoy the playful teasing and pandering of people trying to end the hold out. i think we're good? maybe. 🤷‍♂️

@Photog1rl i believe i also deleted the offending portion.

I specifically asked about orgasms at my pre-op before my hysterectomy... No penetration for 8 weeks... no orgasms for 3 weeks.

I felt PERFECTLY fine after one week... those 2 more weeks sucked!!!

Lol, I did ask! "Are we worried about penetrative sex, or are you assuming I cum from penetrative sex?" Yup, orgasms. No orgasm...for six weeks. I healed so well I was cleared after 4 weeks. That first one, good lord was I afraid I'd pop an internal stitch!

I only had one ovary removed, but it was a huge surgery since I had an 8 inch cyst with 2L of fluid…and they didn’t even know which ovary it was before surgery 👀

I recovered so much faster than they expected that I was soon googling the general consensus on orgasms after similar surgeries. The sad part is that there was almost nothing scientific out there other than info on penetrative sex after hysterectomies. The few mentions about no orgasms of any type were more like afterthoughts and just assumed to be problematic versus anyone doing real research.

I did eventually find some research specifically on orgasms on their own…and it gave the green light much earlier than anything I’ve heard most doctors warn women about. Yay for me, but sad it’s not considered an important factor to get right and address with most women patients.

Yucking someone’s yum is putting down what someone else finds sexy, fun or attractive. I am not saying you should take down your post but I am saying that saying someone should leave lit because they don’t like being teased is a wee bit extreme. It is not that deep but it is also completely possible that not everyone finds the same things funny and if someone says something then some introspection may be necessary.
I do not think anyone on this thread is connecting whatever co-oping the alt right has done to NNN. It is not political. It should be fun.

Sounds good!
Now let’s get back to nutting, or not and teasing each other-but more in a sexual way 😈

The lack of research on women in general is appalling. Let alone that the research in women's health is done with men in mind. Let's worry about the success of penetrative sex, and not bother about the when, and if, of her orgasm. My eye roll could start a tsunami.
