Obama Deploys Five More Terrorists Against The West

During the Second World War, there were no politically-progressive left-wingers demanding that Nazi prisoners of war be freed. Nazi POW's had no U.S. Constitutional rights.

That is because they were POWs. As such, they had considerable legal protections under international law, were well fed and treated humanely, and could expect to be released at the end of the war, and keeping them locked up for the duration was simply the fair and safe thing to do.

This situation is not that. How do we know when this "war" ends?

As long as they dont come to the US, I am happy

Islamic State backers emerge in Afghanistan, ex-Guantanamo inmate reportedly recruiting:cool:

I don't mind if they do, within the regular federal prison system. Then nobody could come up with an excuse for denying them constitutional protections, and they could be tried like any other criminal suspect.

YAY! More employment for the most overstaffed profession in the country, lawyers.

Looks like Obama is re-constituting the enemy's ranks, as he continues to deploy more and more terrorists against the West.
More enemies to battle against. That's what you've been wanting all along.

They could probably claim they were not properly Mirandized.

As of June 5, 2014, 620 Guantanamo prisoners have been released or transferred abroad. Of those 620, we have identified 54 who are either confirmed to be or suspected of engaging in militant activities against either the U.S. or non-U.S. targets.

It's important to note that the vast majority of individuals who are confirmed or suspected to have joined militant groups were released under the George W. Bush administration, a fact that is missing from much of the current commentary.

I hope they implanted some kind of device on them, so we can get their wearabouts when we send them home....

Hey, why not do that to everybody who gets released from prison or jail? The cops'll love it! :)

I love how people continue to criticize Obama for the way he's trying to clean up Bush's mess.
