I usually do a follow up, call the hiring manager and establish a firm presence in his/her mind. By firm presence I just mean that I get enough "face" time that they can't forget me as they go through soooo many applicants.

It all depends though as that can backfire badly depending on their mood, etc..

BTDT... already emailed the hiring/recruiting team thanking them- they have a strict no calls policy.. and "hoping to join them email" so we shall see..

Well all of your thoughts worked.. NOT for the airlines.. BUT I did get a job offer... It is an good job and will work.. it doesnt include the travel benefits but Sir and I see each other and make it work as it is now.. It was just a hope we would make it work even better Tomorrow is a special day for us... isnt it Sir so in celebration begining next week I start this job.. and hopefully it will be all okay..

GUESS WHAT ALL???Earlier today I recevied a frantic phone call from **** Airlines telling me I needed to log into this website and fill in some blanks, she said It would be reviewed by management... Well no less than 5 minutes later I received a letter via email saying Id passed to final interview stage and that before I am being sent to Ground School I have to have a final phone interview to confirm all arrangements.. OMG I am so happy... Sir is happy and We just cant wait... Ill know more in the next day or so... BUT Guys your prayers and thoughts worked THANKS a MILLION!!! I owe ya all..
