Unless you're flexible enough to lick yourself after giving him a blowjob or play with yourself while there is seman on your hands its highly unlikely.
Any sperm swallowed would be killed by the acid pit that is the human stomach. Now it is possible to get pregnant with him inside you even if he doesn't come inside because there's sperm in his precum. The pullout method isn't 100% reliable. The only birth control method that is, other then surgical intervention, is abstinence. Yeah, I know no fun in that at all

Duh unless you're built differently than the rest of us and your stomach is connected to your vagina or ovaries/fallopian tubes...it's impossible. Now just think of food getting into your sexual organs? Nope not going to happen.

Well, actually, in rare cases the GI tract can be connected to the vagina. It's possible to get a fistula between them. Not that this would be a problem with pregnancy though as stomach acid would kill sperm before this point.

Just a little random medical fact from when I was actually paying attention in lectures.
