Yes, I have known some men who have had implants. Typically they are too busy looking at themselves in the mirror to be of any use though.

Actually I refer to my pecs as the man boobs. They are basically the only muscle I work for aesthetics alone. Other wise they are just about useless, what am I gonna do, hug something real tight?

I DON'T WANT TO KNOW.

I still don't see it. K has enough muscle there for a bulge - I think it's all those pushups he has to do. And it doesn't feel ANYTHING like my boobs. For one thing, their's no milk glands to make thing lumpy. But muscle just doesn't feel like breast tissue, which is mostly fat. It's like comparing a thigh to a breast.

We were talking on the subject "what is gay" the guy leans over takes a young guys hand placing it on his pec, he asks "what does it feel like" the answer was tits. Out of the seven or so there about four had a feel. They did feel like breasts.

This was not a gay moment but a GUY moment. (honest)
As far as I know nobody had a second feel!!

It's not exactley the same or even very close, but close enough to be compared to a femail breast.
I could spend hours playing with a femail breast but not with a male breast!
