i guess. i was having a bitch of a time trying to get a picture to upload without being too big. i downloaded the irfanview thumbnail program. maybe i did something wrong?

In the settings change the size to 800x600 and you will not have a problem uploading. And have it create .jpg files not .bmp it is all in the settings on your camera.
