Fenrir had long been a hunter. He had been born into the Azumi clan, and had grown tall and strong. Like his great ancestors before him, he had taken upon the mantle of the hunter, one of few within the clan. The trials had been harsh, the training beyond anything else he had known... but in the end, he had endured it all, in the name of his clan.
The wolven people were thought to be barbaric, but this wasn't the case at all. Rather they lived, breathed, and bled just as any other race did. Once every year, upon the summer solstace within the human realms the hunters were released from their bonds to their clans, and permitted to roam free for one week. Any female was available to them, no matter if she carried pups or not.
Yet the laws were strict. If a hunter during this time took upon a human mate the human had one year to bear a litter, or the clan would collectively come together and kill the human. Thus was the brutal laws. Fenrir was running freely through the forest though, his dusky coat thinley covering the hard muscles of his body, ans unlike humans he had no sense of shynes, his body bare less the hair as he wss 'on the hunt', but not for food.
He had picked up the scent of a human female... and was out investigating... he would of course mate her if he found her.... for human females were quite rare!!
