Yesterday while working on renovating an out-building , DIY style ,
I got a little enthusiastic with a sledge-hammer ,
and a section of wall came away before it was meant to,
shrugged off the bracing,
and clipped me as it came apart every where.
Managed to hop aside, but took a few bangs.
Aches, pains, and bruising .No breaks.
Next time more 4x4's , and a slightly lighter touch with the sledge'.

So no damage some ministering angel couldn't cure with a liberal appliction of gleaning.

Why thank you! I've definitely been in B&W/Sepia phase and this is the first colour picture I've taken in a while.

Your welcome & that pic is fantastic the more I look at it the more I like it. I see a nice defined calf muscle, sexy long legs & that dress seems to be stuggling to keep those breasts contained

Oh dear! You should be more careful. Soak in the tub ~ that always relieves my aches and pains. I am well. Taking a bit of a breather from school/work. Eating ice-cream. Yes. Life is pleasant.

soaking does indeed help,
