Okay. I have a group sex story about a family who has a mysterious flowering vine inside their home. Once a year it blooms and releases a pheromone that make women wildly aroused. So they plan a big party around the bloom and it degenerates into debauchery.

Something like this where it effects both sexes would definitely create the no consequences scenario as it effects every adult. They plan for it, get the kids out of town for the night with the those that don't want to be involved, and they enjoy a night of pure unbridled desire.

A genie granting three sexual wishes would be one way to do it. The lucky grantee gets to choose three different paramours, on three different nights, and after it is over the other person will never remember it. Of course our MC remembers it, and maybe he enjoys the memory, or maybe it haunts him in a bad way.

Or a magic amulet. It passes from person to person, but only works for each person once. They make their wish, have their night of passion, and then the amulet finds a way to abandon them until it is found by a new person.

Who do the various wishers wish to have sex with? A parent, a sibling, an adult child. Their best friend's spouse. Their worst enemy's spouse. That one crush from their college years they could never get to notice them. Or maybe a celebrity: an actor, a politician, a newscaster. That adorable weather bimbo on the local morning show!

Can the genie/amulet/whatever bring someone back from the dead? You could wish for a night with a historical figure. Marylin Monroe. Catherine the Great. Helen of Try. King David. King Tut. The Minotaur!!!

This could easily be a series. Some would have perfectly happy satisfying endings. Others would follow the rule of "be careful what you wish for!"
