What the lady wants... the lady gets.... Nice attitude for starters... I must say I don't know any instructural video's on blowjobs per se but I guess they must be out there. Try Pornbits, Pure TnA (although it has announced it will go down) and/or Empornium (best site for how to and documentary-style stuff IMHO), all torrent sites, and browse through the Misc / Anything Else sections. Also.... not an instructural video (DVD) but Michael Ninn (Ninn Worx) has a series of porn movies called "POP, The art of the blowjob". It's not a "how to" but shows BJ's from the hottest porn stars and the entourage is quite nice. You will at least be able to tell her that you like it "thát way" (as shown on screen ).

My friend got a book that goes into great detail about the subject. I don't remember what it was called but just thought I would point out that option.

I'm curious as to why you thought of a video...was that her request? I'd think it'd be more informative to try out techniques together; perhaps you could both look online for descriptions (there are some great threads here, especially in The Blank Manual), try them, and see what works for you specifically. That may be a lot quicker and cheaper than finding and ordering a video as well.
