Hair: Dirty Blonde, a skater’s cut, hangs over one eye.
Eyes: Blue-green
Ability: Underwater breathing.
Career: Formerly a Police Officer, Langdon decided his life was no longer going to be the same when he realized he was Altered. He lost his wife and one child to the sickness. Though he still has another child; a son, he felt his son would be better off raised by his Sister who also survived. Langdon now roams from town to town, using his ability as a service to others, other’s who are not so concerned with the Police.

Angelique is a singer in a nightclub. Her songs can bring out the emotion in everyone, as can her touch. She can convince any man or woman to do her bidding with the sound of her voice. Add a little bit of mind control into the mix and you have a very dangerous woman when crossed.

(Actually most of her powers are from her new mind control ability, but she likes to make believe that it is due to her majestic singing voice)

Angelique was changed when she drank from a contaminated bottle of water. She was sick for a month and then accidentally found her ability when returning to the stage.

History: As a younger man, Kyle served six years in the Army as an MP, but got out and used his GI Bill to earn his degree in Criminal Investigations and become licensed as a Private Eye… then everything went to Hell. Not everyone who gets sick dies, nor do they suddenly become superhuman. Kyle became ill early on when the sickness swept through L.A. He recovered only to find himself trying to navigate in between the newly forming factions of Altered and Normals. Cautious and taciturn, Kyle is trying to make his way in a Brave New World, offering his services to whoever can pay.

Name: Hanzo Akagi
Age: 30
Height: 6ft

Nationality: American of Japanese Ancestry

His Powers: Hanzo has become a Human Battery. His Biology altered at the cellular level, he can store and discharge energy of all types. Electrical, Solar, Kenetic God only knows what else. He first discovered his powers durring a barfight. A guy slugged him and broke his hand where as Hanzo felt the punch like a feather tickling his skin. He was stabbed in the back buy another ruffian but the knife wouldn't go in, it just stopped like his skin was a brick wall. Oddly at the same instant he felt a rush like a pulse of energy at the moment of impact. That's when he first became aware something about him was very different.

If he concetrates he can light a bulb or power an electronic device while holding it in his hand. So far he appears to be invulnerable to injury and never get's sick, though he's not too eager to test his limits. Hanzo is just begining to explore his new abilities. He's just trying to fit in. He's a square peg in a world full of round holes.

Bio: Hazo named after his Great grandfather. Hanzo was a troubled teen growing up. He was a restless kid, in and out of trouble with the law until at age 17 a judge gave him a choice, The Army or Jail. It didn't seem like there was any difference in choices to Hanzo but he remembered women love a man in uniform.

When Hanzo was in Germany he took very ill and for a while the Army doctors didn't know what was wrong with him. Eventually he was shipped to Walter Reed medical center where they ran extensive tests on him to no avail. He spent the last year of service being shipped around from one medical center to another being poked & prodded. He felt they were keeping the truth from him and the idea of being a lab rat did not appeal to him. Since he was technicly classified as unfit for duty Hanzo went to the local JAG unit and secured their assistance in being discharged.

After serving 8 yrs he left the Army and began to travel the world. Two years later Hanzo's wander lust left him so he settled down. Since he acquired some cooking skills on the road, he took up culinary arts. Now a skilled Culinary Master He could easily find employment in any highclass resaurant of his choice but he still has a problem with authority, something the army couldn't cure. So instead Hanzo works at Rubys Diner. A Low class diner in a lower class part of town, turning meatloaf into a masterpiece & Mac N Cheese into a gormet delight.
