Yes, still open, just slow- moving.

I'm allowing Werewolves, but no mixed breeds.

yeah I assumed humans were allowed but humans are at a huge disadvantage compared to crazy people and vamps. I was wondering what are your rules against lycanthropes in general because I'm thinking about trying that but I'm not sure if I want to considering most of the characters are vamps. and vamp. hunters so I was wondering are there any house rules/disadvantages they get.

Werewolves can change at night (not just full moon), and retain some of there wolflike capabilities while human, just to a lesser extent (heightened smell, sight, hearing, strength).

As far as strength, the older, the stronger. Just don't go crazy with the age.

Well, Damien is an Ancient, but I'm not having him take a major role once things get rolling. So look at the other characters, and keep it in the ballpark. I don't want any demi-gods running around.

Don't know what that is. But we're staying with Vamps and Werewolves as far as supernatural creatures go.

True Brujahs are basically vampires that are stuck in the time they were sired. Incidentally they don't adapt, which kills them off. Although The reason actually why they are stuck in the time they were sired is for the simple fact that the powers of the True Brujah clan trap them. They have mastered time, at the cost of being trapped in it.

Okay, I've been rp'ing for years (X-men, Vampire, werewolf rpgs) and these questions sound stupid even to me, but I wanted to ask anyway. As you can probably tell I'm new here, lol- and I haven't done rpg's in forums before. So as for this Vampire rpg- is it on this thread? When does it start? How do you join in- after you get your profile submitted that is, and what do you need for the profile?

Everyone seems to have lost interest in this thread, so I let it die.

Although, I've thought about redoing it, since there's been some interest in a vampire thread lately.

What you would do, is go to a thread that is about vampires. There were a couple awhile back, but I'm not sure how many are left. There will usually be some instructions as to whether they want you to ask permission to join, or whether it's an 'open' thread.' They'll usually ask for a character bio (like the ones on this thread) as well.

One thing you might want to consider. I see more threads fail because you have the equivalent of 8 godlike characters on it. That gets boring, quick. So make your character as human as possible with flaws and weaknesses as well as strengths. The good writers on here will appreciate it, and you might even find yourself being asked to join other threads.

If I decide to redo this one, I'll let you know in the next few days.

Okay, I was trying to figure out a way to continue with the thread, and explain everything, and I realized that it would be impossible without all the old writers, so what I'm going to do is begin a new thread. It will take place just about a week after this one fell apart.

An alliance had been reached between the vampires. An uneasy one, but an alliance nonetheless. The hunters are still out there, and the mysterious vampire who's attempting to rule all is still out there as well (I already have a plan with someone about this, but feel free to PM me if you have any thoughts).

Otherwise, lets just start up with it.

I'll start the new thread, and a new OOC thread tomorrow. I'll post links to both on this thread for convenience.

Although my title is StOrM MaKeR i am not of magical being. I mearly enjoy storms. When interupted while watching a storm i can get angry. I love darkness I become shadows, and I embrace fear. I was once an advisor for a previous clan. But then my service was no longer needed. I was tossed out on account of a being too evil and thoughtless of others. So for the past 2 years i have been a being just exzisting in shadows hoping to find my purpose for being here. I had my moments of glory. Glory of which others wished they have experienced. I started a group of my own called Dragon Mysteries. A group for vamps dragon taimers, and wiccans ect. But i still feel there is something more to my exzistance than being a guide to others. So i am on a search to find what i hope to be family, friends, or maybe people who just don't like me. Either way at least i'll have a reason a purpose of a being to exzist.

Hello, im new and I was wondering if there was any room in this thread for an new character. Also I know you want Vampires and Werewolves. However could you possibly be open to Werebears? Just a thought. If not ill stick to a Werewolf.
