I just talked to a friend ealier that lives in Belfast. He said they have fireworks there and it is a big celebration.

I've just been over there for the last 2wks working and its one hell of a mad place,the night life is fantastic.
On friday,saturday and sunday the city centre is packed over halloween and everyone is in fancy dress.
