Tucker... he was just a year old, half beagle, half boston terrier. Ironically, we probably never would have even known what it was except that I'd just read that article that Pure posted here on Lit... it was onion toxicity... I had thrown out a moldy bag of onions last week and he was SO smart, he managed to knock over the trash outside and get into them and ate them. The vet said he ate enough to make four dogs his size sick. It's definitely something to take seriously.

I attached a pic of him... I really miss him... :( Poor little guy...

Selena,

I am so sorry to hear this. I know the pain losing a member of the family, even if it is of the four footed variety can cause.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I know how much a pet can be part of a family. All my sympathy... :rose: :rose:

That's awful. :(
I'm so sorry for your loss.
We've got a new puppy, only 3 months old, and I've discovered that there are wild onions growing near a flower bed out back where she plays. I'm glad you posted the facts. I'm taking it as a warning and will be removing them asap.

So many hugs, Selena. I hate it when I lose a pet. I still cry over pets that have been dead for years. You have my sympathy. :rose:

Thank you... everyone... and I thought I couldn't cry any more... lol *sniff* :(

Don't worry, I'm crying with you.

Not that that's a huge compliment or anything. I cry for any fuzzy critter that gets hurt. I can't even watch cartoon cats look pitiful without wincing.

Still, hugs anyway.

Poor baby...I am so sorry to hear that you have lost a member of your family.

I will morn with you, your loss. Have out lived several dog thus far in my life I can truly sympathize with your loss.

Extreme condolences, Selena. :rose: :rose: :rose: I know how it can hurt to lose a family member, even a four-legged one.

My deepest condolences. We keep a number of pets, including four very spoiled dogs. We don't think about when their times might come, but we know that those days will come to pass. We enjoy their company as best we can with all the other details of life, and that's what we'll remember when their times are up.

:( :( :(

I'm very sorry to hear this. Losing one of our fur people is always very, very hard. I am sad for you. :(

{comforting hugs}

SK,
So many hugs to you...
Losing a friend hurts, no matter if she has two legs, he has three legs, or who gives a shit how many legs, losing a furend always hurts.

I hurt with you.
