our new mischevious exhibitionistic thread

Wow, great pics you two. I wish I lived closer to Colorado!

Transferring planes last night at Denver just doesn't count! LOL

Thank You!!

Hey Blue!
Thanks for the great shots! You are BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! (Thanks to em for telling me about her in chat)

If you ask me, which you didn't, I think you look hottest with the short hair and glasses, but what can I say, I'm a freak who loves women with small breasts wearing glasses :D

Keep them coming!
Ciao

muse...

Although I only speak the truth of your pics, thank you for the warm response...it really made my day!

As for requests...hmmmmm....anything to do with your feet and toes....my favourite is to see a woman in bare feet and jeans, although I also love nail toe nail painting pics and strappy sandals...

Above all, please don't stop posting, for you and your hubby definitely have a great gift for pictures!

Out.

Misti and Josh update

We have found the home of our dreams!:)!
Misti and I have been working diligently to improve our credit for quite some time nowand it appears that our efforts have ben rewarded:D
Early this morning we went to view a house that our realitor said " Is ideal for people like us". And he most certainly is right.
It is an old Victorian (built in 1900 but in amazing condition ) in a decent neighborhood, with access to all of the areas we like to frequent.
The only drawback to it is something that will not realy affect us. It is very small...Literaly. walking down the narrow, low-celinginged hallways make me feel like a giant! and I am only 5'6" LOL.
But it truely is beautiful. Two bedrooms, large lot, good location, updated EVERYTHING!, stained glass windows, hardwood floors,a loft work area/office, a claw-footed bath tub, new appliances, And best of all, it costs just over half of what we can afford :D
Misti has been working feverishly through the day to make it happon and she has been very successful:) Tomarrow we meet with the owner to put in an offer and promisery note for him to hold it for us, and if all goes well ( which it seems to be doing) we will be able to close in another two weeks, and to move in in just under two months from now.
We are so happy, and excited that it is all we have realy been able to talk about. :D
But I thank you all for allowing me the chance to ramble for a bit :"> But please please keep your respective fingers crossed for us :)

Let me take a second to say congrats, buying a home will make your balls shrivel up for a few seconds as you sign the papers but it is the best thing you can ever buy.
Enjoy it. It will be well worth it.:)

Congrats Josh and Misti!!! I hope everything works out for you better then you could even expect.

Bonded House Inspector

I know that this is unsolicited advice, but please consider doing this. We know from personal experience.

Trust me on this, get it inspected from roof to crawl space by a BONDED structural inspector. If anything is found after you purchase it and he did not find it, that requires repair, the inspector will have to pay for it.

I was on active duty, the wife used someone NOT bonded and we paid 4,000.00 to get main beams under the house replaced that were dry rotted, and the inspector did not tell us nor did he have it on the inspection form after he checked the house.

The cost will be well worth it, and if you really love the house, it will insure that you can place the cost into the house loan and get the owner to lower the price for you to deal with any repairs required.

We always love your pics, and Misti is just so cute.

And enjoy your new home, we await seeing your pics from every room, ;^).

Re: Misti and Josh update

Does it have a place for a hidden room, behind a bookcase or something?

It seems so perfect in an old victorian....

I always wanted a secret passageway

Tis sage sdvice, thank you :) but rest assured that we plan to have an inspector over within the next week or so. We have heard enough horror stories from some of the people I have worked with that we most definately wish to have all of the bases covered before we commit to anything. :)

We will have to inspect a little further to dertermin the best placement. But in my experience ( having designed a couple of hidden rooms) There is always a place for that :)
