Outlawed (Closed)

Erin thought about his warning. She would be smart to turn around. She shook her head and stared him directly in the eye.

"Im in it for the long haul" she said quietly. "Im not going anywhere. I wanna stay with you".

Campo nodded, "Okay, bad idea, but okay."

For the rest of the next they scampered from shadow to shadow, keeping low when they had to go out into the open.

By dawn, Erin's gait became strained, the ill fittimg footwear taking its toll on her.

"Rest and stay here, I will find us something to eat."

Erin was growing exhausted by dawn. Her feet were growing raw with blisters and her legs ached. She had several long scrapes and cuts from branches and shrubs. Finally Campo halted their progress and told her to stay put while he searched for food. She was too tired to protest.

She sank to the ground and pulled off the shoes, rubbing her feet. Her eyes had dark circles beneath them from fatigue and she was sure she looked horrible.

Campo was picking berries trying to gather enough to feed at least Erin when a rabbit bolted away from him and stayed in a straight line. Pulling the pistol from the holster, he fired off a quick shot, thinking he missed as the rabbit turned.

Walkimg over he saw that he did hit the varmit and that it laid dead.

Taking his prize back to Erin he began to clean it when he saw the state of her feet.

"You should clean them. You are going to hurt badly by nightfall."

Erin watched as Campo cleaned the rabbit. She was sure she would have to learn to do it soon."I will clean then soon. I want to learn how to do what you are doing now. How to feed you and I".

Campo nodded and alowed down after moving to give Erin a better view. After finishing he spitted the rabbit then walked along the trees until he found sufficient hard wood that was dry to cook the rabbit.

"See this wood? It is hard and dry, it will not smoke much if at all."

Erin watched carefully and nodded believing she understood. Once the rbbit was roasting above a fire she set to the task of cleaning her wounds. Her feet were the worst with blisters on them but she also had several cuts on her arms, one on her cheek and one on her back which she could feel but not reach.

Campo watched as Erin cleaned herself and smiled in amusement. "It would be bettet to avoid the briars."

He almost lost it when she looked at him sharply. "Here, let me get that one."

He sat behind her on the bank of tye stream, acutely aware of her near state of nakedness. With a soft touch he cleaned the wound.

Not wanting to breal contact' he began washing her entire back.

Erin inhaled sharply as Campo moved over and began cleaning and washing her back. After the initial pain of the cut it felt heavenly. She was all too aware of his strong hands on her body. Her nipples hardened and she felt heat pool in her lower belly.

Campo heard the gasp from Erin and almost stopped, until she pressed back slightly against his hand. His eyes followed his hands, a slow pattern that covered her back. He could feel the heat of her skin soaking into his hand, up his arm.

"I won't lie, Erin." He whispered to her. "The road before us will be very hard, very long."

Campo's whisper sent chills down Erins back bit she nodded and leaned back until her back was pressed against his chest."I know. But we will make it" she said firmly.

Campo felt his chest and throat tighten as Erin sat back, leaning against his chest. His arms instinctively moved of their own accord wrapping around her thin waist. His hands on top of one another rested between her belly button and her pubic mound.

Campo looked at Erin, whispering, "Time to eat, you have to be starving."

Campo's hands felt perfect on her waist. She nodded at his whisper."You are probably more hungry than I am" she said quietly."and you have got to be exhausted too". Her own hands had cone up to lay on top of his and her fingers traced designs on the back of his hand as they say there.

Campo had not realized how tired he was becoming until Erin mentioned it. Watching the house for nearly three straight days and the hours of flight were taking their toll.

He leaned into her back, her smoldering skin holding him up as much as he held her up. "You are right; we should cook the rabbit and get some sleep."

Erin reluctantly stood to help get the rest of their meal ready. Her mind was going in one hundred different directions. The meat was surprisingly good. Finally she decided to ask what was going know through her mind.

"Do you think it would help if I went home and told my family that I WANT to stay with you?"

Campo looked at her and said, "He wouldn't believe you. Even if he did, he'ld probably have me hung for killing that family."

Campo doused the fire as they ate the rabbit, then became collecting leaves to make a makeshift mattress.

"We will be moving as soon as the sun sets, so rest up."

Erin sighed softly. She finished eating and then helped Campo to set up camp."Will you lay with me, Campo?" she asked quietly, her eyes pleading with him.

Campo looked at Erin and for a moment thought about saying no.

Something about her voice and general demeanor made him change his mind.

H laid on the makeshift mattress and patted the leave next to him.

When Erin curled up next to him, he rolled up next to her spooning her. The last thought he had before sleep overtook him was, "What a great feeling rear end."

Erin snuggled up close to Campo's body, her ass against his groin. She immediately drifted off to sleep. The feeling of his arms around her made her feel secure and safe, even though in reality she was anything but that. Sure, Campo would protect her, but who would protect him if whoever was hunting for them found them?

Campo woke a few hours later, not sure why. He was acutely aware of his hard cock pressed between the ass cheeks of the woman in his arms. His arm was wrapped under her neck, and his hand rested on her stomach, a pert breast on each side of his arm.

He was relishing the feel of the petite woman in his arms when he heard it.

The sound that woke him was the soft nicker of a horse. As quickly as he could without waking Erin up, Campo extricated himself and rolled away from her grabbing his pistol.

Erin was sleeping soundly, feeling safe and content in Campo's arms. She woke some time later because she was shivering. At some point Campo had left their makeshift mattress. Erin sat up slowly and looked around for him. She was afraid to call out.

Campo had just finished rolling to his knees, pistol in hand when Erin sat up. He waved at her with his free hand, motioning her to lay back down. He heard a snap of a twig off to his right and faced that way, his eyes searching the foliage for movement.

After a moment Campo saw two men sneaking toward he and Erin. Raising the pistol, Campo waited until the came out of the shrubs and stood in the small clearing.

Each of them wore sidearms. One, the tall fat one, carried a 30-30 rifle, the other, shorter almost emaciated one, held a shot gun. "Give us the girl and you die quick," said the short one.

The taller man licked his lips nervously, his eyes going from Erin to Campo and back. It was during one of those hungry looks at Erin that Campo acted.

Rolling away from the two men, Campo shot the short skinny man in the chest, dropping him with a whimper and a spray of blood.

The fat man yelled, "Holy SHIIIIIT!" as he brought the 30-30 around to draw a bead on Campo.

Three roars of weapons later, two from Campo, one from the fat rifleman, silence followed the slowly diminishing echo of the gunfire. Campo's second shot hit the fat man in the forehead, showering the area with brain and bone fragments, as the bullet from the 30-30 neatly sliced a gash along Campo's left bicep.

Erin was instantly on alert as Campo motioned her own. She did as he beckoned. Then she heard the men. She gasped at their words. And hen screamed as shots flew. She saw the first mad fall. And the. She heard three shots. The second man fell as well and her eyes went to Campo.

She saw blood blossoming on his arm and gasped."Campo... are... are you ok?" she asked quietly.

Campo groaned in pain as he looked down at the gash in his bicep and said, "There is a horse, maybe two that a way."

Jerking his chin in the direction that he had heard the horse, "Can you go get it, or them, while I bandage this up?"

Erin felt her vision dim as she saw the amount of blood."Horses... right" she muttered. Erin wandered quietly through the dark woods until she heard a soft nicker. She approached quietly, murmuring to the two horses. Finally she grasped the reins and led them back to the camp. When she got close she called out to Campo."It's just me" she said quietly.
