You ought to peddle your faux outrage elsewhere. Nobody sane is upset about the Olympics.
Maybe try pretending to be upset about ice cream or laughter?
i'm not the one questioning my beliefs atm.
You seem to be questioning others' beliefs.i'm not the one questioning my beliefs atm.

Did they use those words in the opening ceremony?i don't like the words "white supremacist.".
I wanted to get back to this.its a shame that during the olympics they couldn't do something thats for everybody.
They actually did. But the Christians decided their worldview was more important so you never bothered to look into history because all you saw was more victimhood.I wanted to get back to this.
They could have, if they wanted to. The Olympics are the ultimate Meritocracy. Individuals and teams who are the very best in their respective categories coming together to compete and display their skills to the world without regard to race, creed, sexual preference, national origin. Yes, genders are separated and one need only look at the record books as to why.
Now, it would seem to me that the host nation would be able to put together a program that would showcase the host nations attributes and celebrate the athletes without getting into subject areas that have NOTHING to do with the competitions but the French have found a way to fuck it up.

Where did they touch you? It's like they picked up an old east village bar from the early nineties and dropped it onto the olympics. The only thing new was the kid.

They're French, what else did you expect?
Did you see the 100m semifinal?don't even get me started on balenciaga.
https://i.imgur.com/djrT5ZB.pngI already have. There's a train of thought here among some posters that its okay to discriminate against whites, christians and jews here.
While professing to be open minded, tolerant...and smart. The moment it gets questioned bombs start dropping.
I don't like "racism" but I also understand it exists in all of us. Its not just the special brand of any particular one race.
Believing otherwise is racist.

You're taking issue with my oft-stated claim of "White People Are The Real Victims Here"!

Ah....now we're getting somewhere!
You're taking issue with my oft-stated claim of "White People Are The Real Victims Here"!
I happen to believe that it is very difficult, if not impossible, for the majority race of any nation to be the "victims" of discrimination or racism. I just don't see how this can be possible, YMMV. This is why I take issue with the reflexive rhetoric of white people towards non-white people when the white person refers to non-white person as a "DEI Hire" (which of course assumes that there were more qualified white people who were passed over as a result). The only instance I can think of where the majority was discriminated against was back in the days of Apartheid, which has been consigned to the dustbin of history.
Christianity is the largest (though substantially shrinking of late) religion in America. I've got no issue with anyone who practices that faith. (For the record, I don't have issue with anyone practicing any faith, including Muslims and Jews). I draw the line when Christians attempt to dictate that *I* personally must follow their religious tenets by force of law. This usually devolves into another recitation of "founded on Judeo-Christian principles" yadda x 3. The basic concept of virtually all religions are the same: don't murder, don't steal, don't commit adultery, etc. There ARE some tenets that differ from faith to faith, and up until the dawn of the 21st century the Constitution was very good about differentiating between the stuff we all have in common and shying away from (i.e. not legislating) the differences. This differences have steadily eroded over the years by the courts in favor of Christian Nationalism, I resist that trend and I'm quite vocal about it.
I've noticed that your religious intolerance is focused almost exclusively on the Islamic faith, as you've said numerous times, they throw queers off of roofs. That's a horrible thing, and I am glad it does not occur in America. There are religious extremists in all major religions, but here in America people are more at risk of danger from Christian extremists than any other religion.
And that leaves the Jews. I have no issue with Jews, more power to them (more bacon for me!). I do understand that there is a clear difference between Judaism (a religion) and Zionism (which I take to refer to the government policies of the country of Israel). I take offense at being labelled an "anti-Semite" because I don't support Israel's Lebensraum pogrom in the West Bank or Israel's genocidal campaign in Gaza. Criticism of Israel the country is not equivalent to criticizing Judaism the faith.
I am of the opinion that not all Jews are Zionists, and from what I've read, there appears to be a great deal of support from Jews in America wanting Israel and Gaza to agree to a ceasefire. Unfortunately, many people in America, particularly (but not limited to) those of Middle Eastern descent, tend to believe that all Jews are Zionists and vice versa, and this results in synagogues being vandalized and Jewish people harrassed. This is 100% wrong.
Finally, there's the old trope "How Dare You Be Intolerant of My Intolerance!" which has been brought up many times over the years and I have no desire to re-litigate. This is the Paradox of Tolerance.

Someone woke up crabby this morning. It's very nice of you to defend Islam for not throwing gay people off of roofs in America. Right now there's only assaults, vandalism, rapes, rioting and non sexual orientation specific murders. It's not like we have anything to go on the way Trump threw gay people in a concentration camp for re education last time he was a fascist dictator.
Fuck you you brainwashed racist piece of shit.

Someone woke up crabby this morning.
