OK... I must have been sleeping through health class when they told how to accurately (stop laughing) measure the length of a penis. One wonders how many go from the pubic bone (on the top side of the shaft) up to the tip... And how many go from the tip... down the underside... ending anywhere that gets the measurement where they want it to wind up.

Another question is where do you get a ruler that measures in INTERNET inches. All mine are U.S. standard ; )

"Effective" length would the correct measurement; from the pubic bone on top to the tip.

And how many go from the tip... down the underside... ending anywhere that gets the measurement where they want it to wind up.

Seriously, the penis does extend far back into the body past the testicles, but that is for the most part irrelevant; a man cannot use that length to please a woman any better.

I did see a show on DHC once about a guy who felt he was inadequate in length. What they did was cut a particular muscle that held the penis upwards when erect and then they gave him a device with adjustable weight on it that would pull on his penis to pull it out of his body. Pulling on it without cutting that muscle would do no good. From what I gather, he gained about an inch or slightly more, it was extremely painful, but he was very happy with the results and thought it was worth it. The doctors hinted that he was on the shy side of average length to start with.

FWIW, I measured my girth this morning. Usually the largest part is the head and that is true for me too. My girth is about average; about 6.5 inches.
