*hopefully* they've improved, but about 5 years ago I tried a cheap one we got from a sex shop - it was like a thick pink condom, with about an inch and a half 'penis' on the end of it - basically, a dick extender.

Tried it once, and never again.

I honestly can'r remember what she thought of it; I was too busy trying to actually *feel* something through the sides of the blasted thing ( I never managed to - no stimulation at all ) and the top of my penis got sore rubbing against the underside of the 'extension'.

Maybe someone else has had a better experience, but for me.... no.

It seems everything from masturbation devices to extenders are called "penis sleeves" so it'd be great if you'd give us an example or two of what you're looking at/talking about.

I'm with Erika. Nothing like the real thing. I'd rather have a real smaller one than a bigger one that feels fake. And if I want fake, I use a toy.

You really wouldn't have a limit as to how small? My wife does, on occasion. I have always just assumed that she sometimes needs to feel full.
