Very painful, but it would regrow. Like it's technically part of the symbiote kind of, so it regrows if cut off, but the appendage part that's cut off is basically dead and worthless.

By the way, how do they figure out that he has Sabastian without giving away Kuznet to Cora?

I'm getting pretty tired, so I might change my mind on this a bit later, but I'm thinking we probably won't keep it hidden from Cora, only Vin. I mean, eventually, things are just going to pile up too much for Cora to ignore.

I'm thinking Cora will leave pretty shortly after they get Sabastian back, maybe even 'letting' them rescue Sabastian. Maybe this will be Coras clue to come to him, like she knows it's a sort of trade.

Edit: As far as them figuring out who has Sabastian, I'm thinking Tommy will let it slip, maybe keeping some of his own boys feeding him information even after he's left for dead.

Or, maybe that's the reason he almost get's killed and he actually just convince Jesse's dad to leave the base and try to make it on their own?
