Shower head

If I'm not mistaken, that shower head looks like it's on a hose: is it one of those massage thingies?

I recently was looking at buying a house, and the agent showing me around was a lovely lady. She pointed out the massage shower heads, and said how nice they were, and that she had one just the same in her home.
