From the details I remembered, story open with the protagonist thinking how everyone else is going to college and he couldn't (poor grades I believe?). He went to his friend's place, a smart high achieving guy, and somehow found out the place he's going has a sponsorship program. The context is the school actually going to sissify the protagonist. I remembered too the protagonist is addicted to jerking off and this is how to made it seem normal-ish to make him wear chastity.
