Just got into listening to podcasts, wonder if any of you good people had recently listened to anything good

One I could easily recommend is Frank Skinner on Absolute Radio

Frank Skinner is a national treasure and a delight to listen to.

My go-to podcasts tend to be american though, they're 'This Past Weekend' with Theo Von, 'The Joe Rogan Experience' and 'The Church of What's Happening Now' with Joey Diaz.

All world-weary comedians sharing ridiculous life stories and imparting hard earned wisdom.

The Joe Rogan Experience in particular is one of the world's most popular podcasts right now, each episode he interviews cultural figures, experts in their fields and the occasional complete nutjob. Though he does have an annoying habit of tending to agree with whoever he happens to have on at the time. He's no Parky but his show is always entertaining and interesting.

My favourite though has to be Diaz, boy has that man lived a life!

This list caught my eye and I'll look through it, because it features Joe Rogan's show.

I first learned about Joe Rogan from InsightRiot and others on Lit. who, when they talk about 'intellectual' stuff, make it an exciting and intriguing endeavour.

There are plenty of shows or lay forum talks about political or social philosopy on the net, but most of them are boring as hell.

Joe Rogan is no.1, but one often craves for alternative views too.

The only ones that I found were these, but they lack Joe Rogan's charm:

1. Strange that these are hosted on Russia Today.
Because most of them are anti-corporatist, liberal or leftist leaning Brits and Americans who echo the Liberal views that I read on Lit:
--RenegadeInc with Ross Ashcroft https://www.rt.com/shows/renegade-inc/
--On contact with Chriss Hedges https://www.rt.com/shows/on-contact/

2. Canadian flagship current affairs television program:
-- The Agenda with Steve Paikin https://www.youtube.com/user/AgendaStevePaikin
