That's doable on weekends, but not during the week. My fuckbuddy sends the kid to her ex-husband's so he can spend time with his dad and one of us has to travel a little ways.

Not the most convenient arrangement, but it works okay.

I have to settle for being some other kind of slut in the mean time.
