You know brains are the hightest cholesterol food you can eat.
Of course if you cut it with a little cold chianti it will nullify the cholesterol a little bit. And the fava beans will provide a little fiber. Not as unhealthy a meal as one would think.

Me neither, I watched a friend eat some pig brains with his scrambled eggs one time.....My stomach gets queasy at the thought. Reading the label on the can is enought to give one a heart attack.
