You know brains are the hightest cholesterol food you can eat.
Of course if you cut it with a little cold chianti it will nullify the cholesterol a little bit. And the fava beans will provide a little fiber. Not as unhealthy a meal as one would think.

I don't know if you knew, but I am working Monday nite
overnites for the time being (which means I'll have Friday
nites off)......but for tonite I called out sick, but in
actuality I have to get to DMV tomorrow morning as over
the weekend my back license plate was stolen.

Yes, I remember one little old lady who's toe I solidly squashed beneath my heel at a dance.....really it was her fault...the woman had no sense of timing...her feet were everywhere....
Well, this woman would flinch and cower anytime I came close to her at any dance, and when I danced with her she would stick her butt out to keep her feet clear.....really takes away the grace of a good waltz.....I felt like I was dancing with Groucho Marx bless her heart.
Of course being a new dancer I did not realize at the time that her sense of timing was so poor.....I was mortified and embarrassed everytime I saw her until almost a year later the light bulb went off in my head......
