It was actually pretty amusing. It's an incest manga, but the basic plot is one of those valentine's day things. But it's the Japanese one (girls get candy from guys on one day, whereas the guys are supposed to get from the girls on another day). Anyways, long story short, the little brother makes his big sister a chocolate mold of his penis (on the wrong day). Things go from there (because he gets all adorably upset that it's the wrong day *laughing*)
