To be fair though, Trump does have contempt for his supporters. We've heard from multiple sources that he thinks they are gross, low class, stupid etc.

You are correct however that regardless of the contempt that Trump has for them, they love him - but then he is a reflection and channel for their hate.

One thing I appreciate is hearing other people's feedback on these folks. I only discovered Meidas Touch a few months ago. I knew about BTC, but not Mockler, Beasley and Pakman for example. So it's interesting to hear other people's takes on them.

I think all the names you mentioned are pretty solid, but they do get a bit hyperbolic at times. BTC is pushing it with his repeated use of “hate” (imho) when “contempt” would be an equally effective and far more defensible word choice.(again, imho.)



Side note:

I do think hyperbole can be an effective instrument for bringing attention to a topic, but one runs the risk of being seen as histrionic if they’re not careful.



And of course: unlimited use of hyperbole is acceptable when decent, intelligent individuals troll Deplorables / MAGAts.
