Put Avatar under my name

I thought at 100 posts this option would open up for me. Can you please let me know how to put on an avatar and when this will be available to me?

Log out. Wait a minute. Log back in. Then, go under User CP and, to the left, there should be a link that says "Edit Avatar." From there, you can upload a pic on your computer, or put a link to a pic from the 'net.

Logging in and logging back out helps for many.

Sometimes, theres just a lag in the system, though. Be patient, in a day or so, you should be able to have an avatar.
