Question about latex clothing

For an upcoming story, I have a few questions on latex clothing and what the minimum thinness of it can be and still be wearable?

In the story, the main female character likes it to be as tight as possible and to be able to "feel" through it as much as possible.

I figured this'd be the place to ask about this.

The character is wearing the outfit on stage and she has MANY kinks and a big one is public humiliation, so the risk of having a "wardrobe malfunction" is a big plus for her.

That context definitely changes things, If public humiliation and wardrobe risk are the main goals, she wouldn't just want ultra thin latex she’d probably want a high stress style, like a tight pull-on dress with minimal seams or a bodysuit with hidden snap closures that are prone to popping under intense movement on stage. Plus, extreme high shine gloss or liquid polish would maximize the visibility under stage lights right before disaster strikes. Good luck writing the scene

Spot on it has zero breathability and traps heat like a sauna. Under hot stage lights, wearing something that fragile and uncomfortable would definitely add to the character's stress (and probably her thrill)

Is there anything that would make it more comfortable or a material like latex that is more comfortable?

She doesn't wear underwear underneath and she likes how it rubs against her pussy. How implausible is that?

You'd want slightly thicker; 0.15 mm vs 0.25 mm doesn't sound like a lot, but it makes a huge difference. 0.25 mm is comfortable and doable.
